Doubts was a Q&A platform launched by Testbook to resolve any doubts that users might face during their preparation for government examination. The goal was to increase community engagement by allowing users to post and solve any other students doubt. The Doubts product was just launched when I had just joined Testbook on its Android App. My work on doubts included the UI/UX revamp of it, adding in more features and further integrating Doubts in Testbook's other products.

Given that some of the questions in exams are repeated after every few years, Previous Year Papers was something which students referred to prepare themselves for their exams. Earlier these papers were shared through blogs, free for everyone to download. But to drive growth and increase platform signup rate a dedicated gated product was created, categorising each paper by exam type and the year to help with better discoverability and SEO.

Testbook's subscription model required students to purchase a pass for premium features. However, many users signed up using methods like Google, Facebook, or email, often skipping their mobile number entry. To support the internal sales team's outreach, Testbook revamped its login and signup process. This update prioritized mobile number signups and streamlined the experience by integrating Truecaller in the Android app, reducing the friction of OTP verification.
